I live on the Key Peninsula and work in Federal Way, (where I grew up) where I run Davis Agency LLC and stay rooted in family, service, and community. I’m a Coast Guard veteran, proud husband, dad, and grandpa, someone who believes in putting people first—whether it’s through a policy review or a backyard BBQ. I try to keep life simple, honest, and full of purpose.

I’m Chuck Davis—Coast Guard veteran, former DJ, and owner of Davis Agency LLC. I’ve worn a few hats over the years, but they all had one thing in common: serving people. With an MBA in Project Management and real-world experience helping clients navigate life’s curveballs, I focus on education, honest guidance, and building lasting relationships—one policy at a time.

Outside the office, I’m all about fresh air, family time, and the occasional batch of homemade jerky. I love camping, fishing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. When I’m not outdoors, I’m either gaming, grilling, or cracking dad jokes that are equal parts painful and perfect. Work hard, play hard, and always bring snacks.

I’ve been lucky to receive a few meaningful honors over the years, including the Spirit of Service and Exemplary Leadership awards from the University of Phoenix, a Rising Star award from Independent Living Inc., and most recently, American Family’s Gold Key Expert achievement for small business excellence.

I stay active in community and business circles across Western Washington—from civic fairs and networking events to small business partnerships and charity fundraisers. I believe being involved locally builds trust, strengthens relationships, and reminds us that we’re all working toward the same goal—stronger communities.

Before insurance, I worked in the HVAC world—keeping homes comfortable and customers happy. That role taught me the value of reliability, straight talk, and showing up when it matters. When the pandemic hit, I pivoted into insurance and found my true passion: helping people protect the things that matter most.
